1. download the correct gapps from here : http://goo.im/gapps
2. uncompress the zip file
3. move the system folder to the target board , example : asb push system /system
4. change target board /system/etc/permission and /system/etc/app to mode 644
5. reboot the target board
6. make sure you are connected to interne
7. run play store , will start into wizard mode to add account
